Classroom Culture on Purpose helps educators cultivate classroom cultures where every child is seen for the whole of who they are—creating an environment where students become empowered, engaged, and inspired.

As an elementary student, I never felt like I measured up intellectually with my peers, nor did I understand how to work hard in school. I was also treated poorly by girls who were supposed to be my friends, leaving me with the feeling that I didn’t belong. That experience shaped my belief that every student deserves a classroom where they feel safe to be themselves, experience a deep sense of belonging, and understand what it means to work hard and feel smart—classrooms that truly honor the whole child. When I became a teacher, I made it my mission to ensure that no student of mine ever felt the way I did. That same mission led me to create Classroom Culture on Purpose, where I help educators cultivate classroom cultures rooted in connection, camaraderie, and critical thinking.

Classroom Culture on Purpose empowers teachers to transform student engagement and classroom dynamics by building a classroom culture rooted in the 3 C’s.
